Good things:Car is clean, packed 10 boxes so far
Walk for 30 mins with the dog.
Elliptical 500 cals burned
weights upper body
treadmill 150 cals burned
bike 50 cal.
Would of done more but the gym was closing.
Hamstring is still pulled, no lower body weights
Tomorrow combat in the morning and gym in the afternoon.
